I downloaded and refreshed, it only plus-ed one...

And @SCTE3, the amount of total views accounted for by flashes that use that song only adds up to 6.5k-ish.

Logical reasoning: aliens invaded Earth's wifi and downloaded your song onto each individual music player they own, but all from the same computer and never refreshing the page.

No hacks, it's a bug in the system. Happens when you're audio is in a game submission (most of the time) and with every view you get a +1 download. ;)
